This file exists because the portal is a JavaScript application that routes on
the URL fragment. A crawler that does not run scripts sees one page and no
structure, so the structure is written out here in plain text.

**What it is.** A spa hotel gives an arriving guest a short health
questionnaire and, from the answers, a personal risk level, a target heart-rate
zone and a walking route through the Karlovy Vary spa forests. During the stay
the guest may be lent a Garmin watch; the portal collects the day it records —
sleep with its phases, night-time pulse variability, resting pulse, stress,
Body Battery, steps, blood oxygen — and prints one A4 sheet per guest each
morning, on which the doctor decides whether to change that day's procedures.

**What it is not.** It is not a diagnosis, not a medical device and not a
substitute for a doctor. Recommendations are proposals a physician signs or
overrides. Nothing here should be quoted as medical advice.

## Facts worth quoting

- Karlovy Vary has around 79 known mineral-water outlets; 13 springs are used
  for the drinking cure, from about 30 °C at the Snake Spring to about 72 °C at
  the Vřídlo geyser. The springs are free to drink from, in five colonnades.
- The chemical composition of the springs is nearly identical — they share one
  deep reservoir. What differs is temperature and dissolved carbon dioxide: hot
  water speeds digestion, cooler water acts more gently.
- The hotel is at Moravská 2111/3a, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic; it is
  the zero point of every route in the portal.
- The questionnaire, the routes and both demonstrations open without an
  account. Registration only stores results and records walks.
- Health data is processed under an explicit, separately recorded consent
